Could I successfully file a personal injury lawsuit if I hired a attorney?

I was in a car accident 3 months ago. At the scene I didn't realize that I had had whip-lash and hairline fracture to my right arm so I said I am fine and didn't ask for an ambulance. I have been seeing a chiropracor since. Can I still get personal injrury money eventhough 3 months have passed and I haven't filed anything against him yet?

Yes you can. The statute of limitations in Nevada for a personal injury claim such as yours is 2 years. It is quite common for someone to say they are okay at the accident scene and later develop pain or problems and seeks treatment and find out that they were in fact injured.
