Does the other party have to pay for my bills in an accident?

I was in a pretty bad auto accident recently. This accident was not my fault. Does the insurance company of the other party have to pay my medical bills?

Normally insurance company of the at fault party will pay for all damages, including property damage, medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering. We fight on behalf of the client to recover compensation for these damages. Please contact me if you have any additional questions that I can assist with.
