How much of the payout should a personal injury attorney get?

I had a car accident and my lawyer wants 33.3% of what the insurance company gives and she says that is how much she is supposed to be getting. Isn't that a liitle bit too much? I thought the limit was 30%.

There is no percentage fee specified in Nevada Law for a personal injury car case. You probably signed a retainer agreement with your lawyer that provided for the 33.3% fee and this is a common fee percentage and some lawyers even charge more. I advertise on my website, www.accidentawardslasvegas.com, that I only charge a 25% fee for personal injury car accidents if you the client are not cited in the police report for a violation but the other side is. However, if you have already signed a contract providing for a 33,3% fee the contract is likely to be enforced.
